Ajay Nair founded Nair Innovations, Inc. in 1997 with head quarters in Columbus, Ohio primarily focusing the company's efforts in retail of leather apparel & accessories under the brand name "Mischief-The Quality Leather". Nair Innovations has successfully operated in Eleven Malls and now have two permanent stores named "Mischief" & 'Ohio Buckeye Connection" at the Columbus Convention Center. Also, Nair Innovations continues to operate seasonal stores in malls each year under "Mischief-The Quality Leather". The company changed it's focus in 2012 from retail to recruiting & staff augmentation under the parent name of Nair Innovations, Inc. and Digitizing Services under the trade name Global Digitize (www.globaldigitize.com) after Akshay Nair's commitment was confirmed to join the family business.

Akshay Nair spearheads all operations at Nair Innovations, Inc. Akshay started his professional career in 2003 after receiving an Engineering degree from The Ohio State University and has been engaged in upstream Oil/Gas & Retail Industry. Akshay worked for the largest oilfield service company, Schlumberger (NYSE:SLB); firstly as an engineer working in the oilfields followed by promotions into management, business development & personnel. Akshay has coached, mentored & formally presented at various prestigious universities in US such as MIT, Cornell, Georgia Tech, Duke, UT-Austin, Ohio State etc. in regards to the oil & gas industry.

Shikha Nair has more than 8 years of recruiting experience & her areas of specialty include recruitment training, client relationship development, recruitment sales, team building and operational delivery. Prior to Nair Innovations, she worked in IT consulting and staffing firms in Central Ohio. Shikha provides strategic direction to both her clients & teams ensuring operational delivery through the S.M.A.R.T approach.

Chetan Nair has more than 17 years of experience in Banking, Mortgage, Capital Markets, Insurance and IT industry with a strong concentration on large application development programs and projects, specifically Business Process Re-engineering & operations, IT Strategy, Information & Business Process Management, Enterprise Architecture & Content Management, Infrastructure and Systems Integration. His prior work experience has been with Mettler Toledo, Cap Gemini Sogeti, JP Morgan Chase, Pricewaterhouse Coopers and currently with KPMG.

A professional geologist, Mr Pande is a former Director (Exploration) of ONGC with more than 35 years of experience in directing hydrocarbon exploration in acreages all over the globe. He was also instrumental in discovery of shale gas in India. He has served as the Chair, Board member and Patron of various International and National organizations like Association of Petroleum Geologists, Energistics, Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE), SPWLA, and many more.

Jay Chawla has over 15 years of IT Systems implementation experience that includes 10+ years successfully managing deployments of Supply Chain, SAP, ERP, Package-based, and custom developed integrated IT solutions across international boundaries. Also, 10+ years of “hands-on” ERP Project management experience including 6+ years experience on multiple full life-cycle implementations of SAP R/3, ECC 6.0, Oracle 11i solutions for Transportation, Automotive, Media & Entertainment clients. His prior work experience has been with IBM Global Business Services, Capgemini, American Airlines & Valtech.
